Terms & Conditons

1. Introduction

Welcome to PG Cleaning Group (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Services

PG Cleaning Group provides residential and commercial cleaning services within our listed service areas.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • General house cleaning

  • End of Lease / Bond cleaning

  • Move-out cleaning

  • Carpet steam cleaning

  • Other related cleaning services as outlined on our website or agreed in writing

 

3. Booking

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved communication channels.

  • Booking details must be accurate and complete, including property condition and service requirements.

  • PG Cleaning Group reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a booking if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from what was disclosed.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to make payment may result in further action to recover outstanding fees.

5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation.

6.​ Touch-Up Policy (No Refunds)

  • Any concerns regarding cleaning quality must be reported within 3 days of service completion.

  • PG Cleaning  Group will provide a free touch-up service where required.

  • If the client refuses the touch-up service, or arranges cleaning, repairs, or touch-ups through themselves or a third party, full payment of the original service remains payable.

Refund & Re-Clean Policy

At PG Cleaning Group, we aim to assist tenants in achieving a successful final inspection and full bond return.

1. Re-Clean Guarantee

  • If a property manager or real estate agent raises cleaning-related issues during the final inspection, we will provide a free re-clean for the affected areas.

  • Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the original cleaning date.

  • Inspection reports or written feedback from the agent must be provided.

2. No Refunds for Third-Party Cleaning

  • If the client engages another cleaning company or third party before allowing PG Cleaning Group the opportunity to re-clean, the re-clean guarantee becomes void.

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

3. Ongoing Support

  • We will continue to provide re-cleans until the property passes inspection, provided:

    • Feedback is received within the stated timeframe

    • The property remains vacant

    • No new dirt, damage, or changes occur

4.  Exclusions

The re-clean guarantee does not apply to:

  • New dirt, stains, or damage caused after our service

  • Issues resulting from moving, repairs, or tradespeople

  • Lack of access, locked premises, or disconnected water/electricity

5. Final Decision

PG Cleaning Group reserves the right to determine whether an issue falls under our re-clean guarantee after reviewing inspection feedback and supporting evidence.

6. Liability

  • PG Cleaning Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

  • We hold $5 million public liability insurance for accidental damage or injury during service.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
